At NECA we are working with our contractors and the IBEW to install solar energy systems on our Inland Empire Chapter Office, on the IBEW Local 73 and Local 112 Union Halls, and on our training centers in Spokane and Kennewick.

Throughout this process, we are also working to make solar energy systems more easily accessible and increase the number of installations in Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho, and Northeastern Oregon.
